Human Resources and Administrative Support for International Development and Assistance. USAID required TPA support based on TPA’s vast human resources and administrative experience to expeditiously recruit and provide administrative and logistical support to engage and deploy personnel principally in Afghanistan and Pakistan. The result/accomplishments of TPA’s support to USAID: The required scale up of personnel to meet international reconstruction and stabilization initiative of USAID was met in a shorter that planned period of time which meant no cost over-run.  Qualified and experienced personnel were recruited and deployed timely resulting in program optimizations, efficiency and cost savings. USAID program managers had a dependable partner in meeting and exceeding mission/program goals.
